The San Bernardino County Fire Dpartment provides fire suppression, paramedic, and ambulance transportation services for the town of Yucca Valley. The district is under the administrative direction of the San Bernardino County Fire Department. Two stations (#121 and #122) are staffed seven days a week. The district’s personnel participate with other agencies, working to ensure multi-agency readiness in the event of a local disaster. The professional staff is also involved in developing and conducting Citizens Emergency Response Team (CERT) training.
