Yucca Valley’s 60th Annual Grubstake Days celebration will soon be here! This event is a long-standing tradition to Yucca Valley, embracing the rich mining heritage that our community is proud of!

Grubstake Days Community Fair

Featuring: vendor booths, food booths, children’s activities, a horseshoes tournament, live music, a table tennis tournament, an adult kickball tournament and more!

Beard Growing Contest
(Presented by the Town of Yucca Valley)

Sign up for the beard growing contest at the Yucca Valley Community Center on March 15! Clean shaven or existing growth can compete in a variety of categories. There is an existing beard category for those fun at heart with a creative flair! Judging will be Saturday, May 29th.

Double elimination tournament follows NHPA official rules.
Awards will be given for 1st & 2nd place winners in each division.

Table Tennis Tournament
(Presented by the Town of Yucca Valley)

This double elimination tournament will follow the USTTA official rules. Awards will be given for 1st place winners in each division.Participants should wear tennis shoes and bring their own equipment . Pre-register online or at the YV Community Center. Participants may also register on the day of the event. Call the Community Services office at (760) 369-7211 for more information.

Grubstake 10K, 5K, & 2K Run
(Presented by the Town of Yucca Valley)

Celebrate the 20th annual Grubstake Run! All ages are welcome. Awards will be presented in the 10K & 5K event. The 2K is non-competitive. The event is held at the Yucca Valley High School, 7600 Sage Ave.

Sunday, May 30
Race Time: 5K & 10K - 8:00 a.m. 2K - 8:30 a.m.
Cost: $20/includes an event t-shirt (youth sizes available only if pre-registered)
$2 discount for participants over 59 or under 12 years of age
Add $5 after May 21.
