The Town of Yucca Valley is interested in communicating with residents and visitors about the public meetings, programs, events and general business of the local government. Citizen participation is encouraged at all of the meetings of the Town Council and its appointed commissions and committees.

For those who are unable to attend Town Council meetings, the recording of each meeting is re-played on Time-Warner Cable Channel 6 on the Friday and Saturday following each Council session.

New Hours are Announced for Selected Town Offices

The Yucca Valley Town Council recently approved a alternative work schedule resulting in expanded customer service hours Mondays throuh Thursdays. Beginning in January 2010, offices at Town Hall, Community Development and the Community Center will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. to be available during the busiest days of the week. These offices will be closed on Fridays, however staff will be available by appointment on alternating Fridays. All other town services and facilities will not be affected.
