Town Offices Closed- Thursday, December 18, 2008 Due to Snow
The special Yucca Valley Town Council meeting scheduled for this evening has been cancelled due to the expectation of continued adverse weather and hazardous road conditions. The Town of Yucca Valley will provide an announcement when the meeting is re-scheduled.
The Town offices, including Town Hall, Community Development, the Hi Desert Nature Museum, the Animal Shelter, are closed today, Thursday, December 18th. All offices are expecting to re-open for business on Friday.
The Yucca Valley Community Center is open to facilitate the Toys for Tots program only.
All Town of Yucca Valley recreation activities have been cancelled for Thursday, December 18th.
The Yucca Valley Animal Shelter and the Hi Desert Nature Museum are closed for business today, Thursday. Staff is insuring that all animals are receiving appropriate care.
Andrew Rogers Earthworks Sculpture to be Unveiled- Sunday October, 19th 4:00 p.m.
Join the Town of Yucca Valley in celebrating the completion of the first U.S. earthworks sculpture by internationally renowned artist, Andrew Rogers. The Rhythms of Life Sculpture dedication will be held on site, on Old Woman Springs Road, (State Hwy 247) at Aberdeen on Sunday, October 19th at 4:00 p.m. in Yucca Valley, California.
